Apply: Complete the below 'Application form for 100 hour Course' and return it to us either by fax at +1 (604) 929 7142 or by email at natascha@colonhydrotherapyschool.com. Make sure to include copies of all the required proofs as outlined on the application form. The Details: Upon acceptance of your application to attend, you will be asked to complete a registration form (which we will send to you) and pay a $500 CDN deposit to secure your spot. You will be given an early bird discount of $200 CDN if your full payment is received at least 60 days prior to the start of the course. Cancellations and re-bookings are only accepted until one month prior to the start of the course and will incur a $100 administration fee. After this the entire $500 CDN deposit becomes non-refundable. The deadline for payment of the full course fee is three weeks before the start of the course. In absence of full payment by this date your place may be given to someone on the waiting list. Your course manual will be sent to you upon receipt of your full course payment. In the event of your cancellation after your course manual has been sent and as long as it done before the cancellation deadline, you will be refunded what you have paid minus the $100 administration fee in addition to $220 for the course manual. copies of all the required proofs as outlined on the application form. The Details: Applicants must have
an MD, ND or RN diploma from an internationally recognized post secondary institution. This provides the
applying student with enough background to skip the Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology part of our 10 day intensive training
program. The 3 day program primarily covers the practical application of colon hydrotherapy treatments,
the maintenance of the equipment, business ethics and general applications of this form of therapy. Upon acceptance of your application to attend, you
will be asked to complete a registration form (which we will send to you) and pay a $250 CDN deposit to secure your spot.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. The deadline for payment of the full course fee is two weeks before
the start of the course. In absence of full payment by this date your place may be given to someone on
